Pumpkin & Apple Puree

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin: 3/4 Cup
  • Apple: ¼ Cup
  • Water: 1 Cup

Method

  1. Deskin pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
  2. Remove apple peel and cut into small pieces.
  3. Put pumpkin and apple in a pressure cooker. Add water.
  4. Keep the flame on medium and cook till 1 whistle. Turn off the stove.
  5. Let the pressure release on its own. Check if the pumpkin and apple is cooked.
  6. Let the cooked mixture cool.
  7. Puree the mixture with a blender.
