Pumpkin & Apple Puree
- Pumpkin: 3/4 Cup
- Apple: ¼ Cup
- Water: 1 Cup
- Deskin pumpkin and cut into small pieces.
- Remove apple peel and cut into small pieces.
- Put pumpkin and apple in a pressure cooker. Add water.
- Keep the flame on medium and cook till 1 whistle. Turn off the stove.
- Let the pressure release on its own. Check if the pumpkin and apple is cooked.
- Let the cooked mixture cool.
- Puree the mixture with a blender.
